Surface Design Patterns for Brandon Maxwell NYFW

It was such a treat to be invited to Brandon Maxwell’s Fall 2018/19 Fashion Show last night. The entire show was mesmerizing. The collection exuded relaxed elegance. The bright pops of color with the color palette of the collection stood out against the soft purple haze of the runway. Brandon Maxwell created a show stopping collection. The most thrilling moments of Brandon’s show, though, was to see the surface design that I created for Brandon’s collection walk the runway. The patterned fabric reflected the light such a luxurious way, I think my heart skipped a beat. (I know I fell off the seat and my jaw hung open.)
